Garden to Table

Room 37 had a great 1st session on Tuesday! On the menu was crostini with broadbean dip and rhubarb with cream! Everyone tasted the dishes and even went back for seconds! The students in the kitchen learned important health and safety messages, particularly knife skills. In the garden the students explored the various Garden to Table gardens around the school. We all came together in the kitchen to share the food that had been harvested and prepared.
