Sport
Hey did you know that every country has their own sport? Like New Zealand, we are great at rugby. Did you know that we have won the rugby world cup three years in a row? Thats amazing don’t you think? Now look at Beauden Barrett, Sam Cane, Kieran Read and all of the All Blacks, they are really fit. Sport really increases your chance of being fit.
Take baseball for an example, baseball is good for gross motor skills which means that you are using your arms and your legs. Sport is really fun and if people don’t play a sport help them by telling them how fun it is, how good it is for you, makes you fit.
Did you know that more people play a sport in the world that people don’t? Now do you want everyone in the world to play a sport I know that I would.
And if you have a friend that doesn't play a sport tell that they can play rugby, soccer, tennis, A.F.L and loads more.
So if you have a friend that doesn't play a sport well you know what to do, tell them how fun it is! And if you don’t play a sport go and find a sport that suits you!
